This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Manchester Private Client team as an Executive Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role provides comprehensive Executive Assistant services to the local teams. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers, utilizing internal resources such as the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services. While you will have some autonomy in structuring your day, you will be an integral part of your team. You should be aligned with the firm’s values, have good client knowledge, strong relationships across the business, and, where appropriate, with clients.
Ideally, your background includes experience in a professional services environment, providing executive support to lawyers or similar professionals. You are a natural organizer, thrive in multi-tasking roles, and can work effectively with diverse teams across the business.
