Goodman Masson is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant on a 2-month contract to support the COO and CPO. The role involves complex diary management, coordinating international travel, and day-to-day executive administration within a collaborative team of five EAs.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-focused, proactive, and discreet, with experience handling sensitive information and acting as a gatekeeper for senior stakeholders. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Location: South-West London – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: 2-month minimum, with potential to extend
Day Rate: £250–£300 per day via Umbrella company
Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP – applicants can have a maximum 1 weeks’ notice
