Salary

£40k - £60k (Depending on Experience)

Due to the growth and expansion of Global 4, we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer with the day-to-day running of the business.

Have a minimum of 5 years' Executive Assistant experience at corporate level, within IT or Telecommunications industry.

What will you be doing?

As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and facilitate M&A processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with a desire to learn and develop skills related to Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) and Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in M&A activities including research, analysis, and data compilation related to transactions.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and financial models using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and organise confidential documents related to M&A, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders during M&A transactions to facilitate communication and alignment.
  • Track project timelines and provide status updates to the executive team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy.
  • Assist with the preparation of APAs and SPAs; training will be provided.
  • Manage diaries and arrange appointments based on project priorities.
  • Prepare and lead meetings with meaningful agendas.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for board presentations.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and monitor action completion.
  • Research potential projects and acquisitions as directed.
  • Engage proactively to understand priorities and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
What do we need from you?

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team within an IT or Telecommunications MSP is essential.

  • Advanced Office 365 skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
