Executive Assistant - Required for this luxury travel company to support the CEO. Hybrid role with two days in the office per week, based near Stratford tube station in London. The successful candidate must have previous EA experience within travel or hospitality, with a salary between £50k and £65k plus bonus and great benefits.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, inbox management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
  2. Strategic Coordination: Support the CEO in managing priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-through on projects.
  3. Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and high-profile clients; draft professional correspondence and board documents.
  4. Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate action items.
  5. Travel & Event Support: Assist with international travel, attend meetings abroad, and support high-net-worth clients during events.
  6. Event Planning: Organize internal and external events, leadership offsites, and hospitality experiences.
  7. Project Oversight: Lead or support small internal projects aligned with strategic goals.
  8. Research & Briefing: Conduct background research and prepare briefing materials.
  9. Expense Management: Oversee expense reconciliation related to travel and operational budgets.
  10. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant at C-suite level, preferably within luxury, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Excellent attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Slack, Trello, Notion.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Additional benefits:

Working hours and location:
