Trilateral Research is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the CEO and to support other team members with onsite office administrative services as required.
Please note this is an onsite role from our Central London office. The successful candidate must be based in London, or within a reasonable commute and be available to work from our office on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
CEO Administrative Support:
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO, e.g. coordinating with external clients and diary management.
- Manage contact lists and support routine and follow-up correspondence with key business contacts.
- Assist with the management of the CEO’s LinkedIn account and similar PR-related channels.
- Manage meeting administration including agenda preparation and circulation, minute taking and reporting.
- Organise companywide meetings, webinars, and updates when being led by the CEO.
Office Administration:
- Be the first point of contact for the London office, e.g. answering queries for employees working on site, visiting external clients and partners, and building management contacts.
- Support the setup for internal and external client meetings and events in the London office.
- Work with the UK Office Manager to ensure functional operation of the office, ordering of office supplies and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Support the annual Health and Safety office risk assessment for the London office and report any issues to building management.
- Support the UK Office Manager to manage device allocation and configurations as required.
General Administration:
- Collate and become knowledgeable in general company administrative and corporate information.
- Contribute to the company SharePoint pages to ensure clear communications to various departments that collaborate with the administrative function.
- Support the Senior Leadership team in ad hoc administrative tasks such as reporting and presentation preparations.
- Support the Office Managers in organising companywide meetups or events.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Corporate Services function as required.
Required education and experience:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing administrative support to a senior level executive(s) in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in general/corporate administration whilst managing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, or customers.
- Experience communicating and collaborating successfully with cross departmental teams.
- Experience writing and translating key corporate messages on internal platforms, and external public relations channels e.g. LinkedIn.
Desirable:
- Third level qualification is beneficial, business-related course preferable.
- Prior experience in a tech or software company.
- Prior experience in a startup or scale up SME.
- Prior experience in a Project Coordinator role is beneficial.
Professional knowledge and technical skills:
Essential:
- Strong working knowledge of MS office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms for corporate use including LinkedIn.
- Good analytical skills and data driven thinking.
- Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting demands and tasks on time.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of document management solutions, e.g. SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of project coordination and/or management principles.
Interpersonal skills:
Essential:
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong level of professionalism to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
