Job description

Graduate Executive Assistant – High-Performing Executive Search Consultancy

Central London | 3 Days in Office | £Highly Competitive + Exceptional Benefits

Are you a graduate-level Executive Assistant with a passion for excellence, an eye for detail, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment?

If you have 5–15 years’ experience in financial services or executive search, love being at the heart of business-critical activity, and enjoy juggling a buzzing inbox, competing priorities, and detailed project work, ISE Partners wants to hear from you.

Join one of the most prestigious executive search firms in London, where you’ll partner with up to two top-performing Consultants as their right-hand support, owning your role with confidence, care, and exceptional professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn’t your typical EA role — it's high-touch, high-impact, and full of variety.

You’ll manage the Consultant’s world from the ground up, ensuring the wheels turn smoothly on complex, global executive search projects. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, managing up to 600+ emails a day, writing on behalf of your Consultant, and handling everything from diary management to high-level document production.

From coordinating international travel and client dinners to overseeing the quality and accuracy of search documentation and using your initiative to drive projects forward, you’ll be entrusted with huge responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible difference.

Who You Are

You’re not just a brilliant administrator. You are a partner, a project manager, a problem-solver and a true professional.

  • You have strong academics and a desire to keep learning, growing and contributing at a high level.
  • You love the pace of top-tier financial or executive search environments, thriving under pressure and deadlines.
  • You’re confident drafting correspondence, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and proofing high-quality materials.
  • Inbox overload? You’re calm, composed, and ready to take charge — prioritising and responding on behalf of your Consultant with empathy and impact.
  • You bring emotional intelligence, gravitas, and genuine care to the role. You understand your Consultant’s needs — sometimes before they do.
  • You’re tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with data entry, databases, and digital dictation.

The Team & Culture

A close-knit team who take pride in our professionalism and support for one another. You’ll be part of a high-achieving, collaborative environment where your contributions are seen, valued and celebrated.

Situated stunning Central London office, just a stone’s throw from key transport links, offers a welcoming space for focused productivity and meaningful connection — with just three days a week in the office.

Why This Role?

  • Join a prestigious, international firm where EAs are truly valued as business partners.
  • Be part of industry-leading search projects and interact daily with senior global executives.
  • Thrive in a role that balances structure with variety, and precision with pace.
  • Enjoy the support of a well-established infrastructure, including in-house transcription and admin teams, freeing you to focus on what you do best.
