This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Abri’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Jo Makinson. Jo is responsible for the Group’s investment strategy, ensuring Abri can deliver more needed affordable homes and maintain the quality of its existing stock.
Are you a proactive, dedicated, resilient, and highly organised individual? This is a six-month fixed-term role for an Executive Assistant, based in Eastleigh, with flexible working opportunities and some travel to other Abri offices in Yeovil, Bracknell, and London.
We are looking for someone confident to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at high levels. You will support the CIO on various tasks and be able to anticipate her needs.
You should be highly literate and numerate, with strong emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of the wider Executive Assistant team is essential.
The role requires commercial awareness and quick understanding of our business needs. Responsibilities include diary management, inbox monitoring for the CIO, assisting with reports and presentations, and gathering data/information for the CIO.
