This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of supporting C-Suite Executives and is now ready to take on broader responsibilities, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and administration of decision-making processes.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Executive Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant and C-suite Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and effective management of all administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include: managing schedules, booking travel and preparing itineraries, handling communications, improving office procedures, and supporting our corporate governance framework.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Administrator (C-Suite level preferred but not essential)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Minute-taking and action tracking abilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
