Job summary

England and Wales Cricket Board is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Cricket Regulator. You will manage diaries, inboxes, travel, meetings and events, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. You will contribute to hearings logistics and finance support, with opportunities to engage in employee networks and development.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Background in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of diary management.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to learn and apply new processes and procedures quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using IT software such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Adobe.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide precise, prompt administrative support to the Cricket Regulator.
  • Manage Executive Team inboxes and shared mailboxes.
  • Manage diaries for senior staff.
  • Book travel and accommodation.
  • Organise team meetings with venues and minutes.
  • Support planning and delivery of Cricket Regulator events.
  • Support the finance process including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Coordinate logistics for independent hearings and panel processes.
  • Assist with logistics for safeguarding and discipline panel hearings as required.
  • Occasional evening work to support hearings.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager and Managing Director.
