Matchday Ticket Office Assistants – 2025/2026 Season

We are proud to represent one of the most iconic clubs in the Premier League and are now looking to recruit Matchday Ticket Office Assistants to support the upcoming 2025/2026 season at the London Stadium – one of the UK’s most accessible and dynamic sporting venues.
This is your opportunity to be part of the matchday experience, helping supporters and visitors from around the world while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
As a Matchday Ticket Office Assistant, you’ll be the face of the Club on matchdays, delivering excellent service to all supporters and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for ticket collections, enquiries, and sales.
Providing polite, efficient, and accurate customer service both in person and over the phone.
Assisting fans with ticketing queries and matchday logistics.
Ensuring accurate handling of transactions and ticket distribution.
Representing the Club with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday.

Additional Information
Successful candidates will be required to work on matchdays, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with the fixture schedule.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are committed to delivering first-class customer service and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Essential
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
Basic IT literacy and numeracy skills.
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable and flexible – able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
A positive, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Passion for football and an understanding of supporter culture.
Desirable
Experience working in a ticket office, box office, or call centre.
Confident handling cash and card transactions.
Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., SEE Tickets, Ticketmaster, or similar platforms).

Safeguarding
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to the safety and welfare of children, young people, and adults at risk of harm across all stakeholders. Everyone, including third parties who work with the Club or the West Ham Foundation, is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. Successful candidates must undergo essential background checks before starting their employment, which may include screening of social media. The type of DBS check required will depend on the responsibilities of the position and may be basic, standard, or enhanced.
The successful candidate agrees to proactively identify and respond appropriately to any concerns, and follow the Club's Safeguarding reporting procedures to report allegations of abuse, poor practice, or anything that may impact the welfare of a child, young person, or adult at risk without delay, within 24 hours, or as otherwise directed by the Club’s or the West Ham Foundation Safeguarding Team.
