Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a 2-year provision at a Walsall school. You will support two-year-old children alongside another practitioner, in a role that runs 8:30 to 12:30, five days a week.

You will hold at least Level 2 in Early Years, have prior nursery experience, and a valid DBS. The position offers flexible local work, holiday pay, and ongoing consultant support through Aspire People Limited.

Qualifications

• Level2 Early Years qualification (minimum).
• Previous early years or nursery experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear Enhanced DBS required.
• Two references covering at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Support 7 children aged 2 years old alongside another practitioner.
• Work 5 days a week, 8:30‑12:30.
• Provide personal care, including nappy changing.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
