Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support Nursery and Reception in partner primary schools. A Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience is expected.

You will aid language development, phonics and early Maths through play, and work closely with teachers to create a nurturing EYFS environment. Full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience.
• Recent experience working with children aged 3-5.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
• Supporting learning through play and exploration
• Developing children's communication and language skills
• Supporting phonics, early Maths, and literacy activities
