Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support children across Nursery and Reception in daily activities.
• Facilitate learning through play and exploration to build early literacy and numeracy skills.
• Support phonics, early maths, and language development activities.
• Promote safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and EYFS staff to monitor progress and plan next steps.

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support children within EYFS settings across our partner primary schools.

Your experience supporting children's communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can be highly transferable to an EYFS classroom.

The Role:

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception

• Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
• Supporting observations and assessment

We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
• Recent experience working with children aged 3-5
