Job summary

Benchmark Packaging Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an Excise Bond Administrator to manage day-to-day admin for duty-suspended excise goods and bonded warehousing.

You will handle stock records, compile customs documentation (EMCS, NES, eADs), coordinate with departments and ensure HMRC compliance.

This on-site role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and the ability to work independently across busy operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience of bonded warehouse operations.
• Understanding of HMRC Excise compliance, regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in using relevant software, WMS and software packages (MSO).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
