Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Acquisition Exchange to lead licensing, distribution and management of exchange content globally.

You will partner with business stakeholders, negotiate complex exchange agreements, secure group rights for data distribution and internal usage, and monitor policy changes to protect rights and optimize value across ICE's data products in EMEA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of market data and financial markets.
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements/strong negotiation skills.
• Strong experience with a market data vendor or market data department in a financial institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders on exchange content requirements and strategy.
• Lead contractual negotiations with exchanges, securing group rights for data distribution, connectivity and internal usage rights for products and services world-wide.
• Review, analyze and negotiate exchange agreements and policies.
• Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with exchange content providers.
• Negotiate and manage changes in exchange policies and fees and communicate updates to internal business lines.
