Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and able to use formulas.
• Interest in data, MI and reporting.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience with administration or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Using Excel to organise, check and analyse information with formulas.
• Helping prepare MI reports and identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Supporting complaints administration and keeping records accurate.
• Assisting with quality assurance checks and recording findings.
• Maintaining information relating to vulnerable customers and risk events.
• Supporting wider administration, including data requests and training records.
