Job summary

Carnell Support Services is seeking an experienced Excavator Operative to support highways and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will operate 10T+ tracked excavators on site, carrying out excavation, drainage, trenching and reinstatement tasks.

Travel, working away, and occasional night/weekend shifts form part of the role. You will join a collaborative team committed to safety, quality and environmental care.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 10T+ tracked excavators on highways or civil projects.
• CPCS or NPORS card for 10T+ Tracked Excavator with Lifting Operations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Highways or National Highways experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Operate tracked excavators safely and efficiently on site.
• Carry out excavation, drainage, trenching and reinstatement activities.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects safely and effectively.
• Follow site drawings, specifications and safe systems of work.
• Help maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental care.
