Zusammenfassung

Bobby Moore Academy on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is seeking an Exams Officer to oversee internal and external examinations during a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks) with data and administrative duties under senior staff direction.

You will liaise with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards, ensure smooth exam operations, and maintain accurate records in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) or NVQ level 2 in Maths, numeracy, English, literacy or ICT.
• Experience working effectively in an education environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and other learning strategies or programmes of study.

Aufgaben

• Run all internal and external examinations within the academy.
• Liaise with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards.
• Provide data and administrative functions for the academy.
• Work under the direction or instruction of senior staff.
