Based at Hastings Campus, the role starts January 2027. The successful candidate will lead a team, work with awarding bodies and senior staff, and drive improvements in examination processes.

We are seeking an experienced Exams Manager to lead our examinations function across the College. As the College's expert on examinations, you will oversee the planning and delivery of internal and external exams, ensuring compliance, quality and an outstanding service for learners and staff. Working closely with curriculum teams, awarding bodies and support services, you will ensure the successful delivery of examinations and assessments across the College.

College location: Based at our Hastings Campus.
Annual salary: Circa £41,000
(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: Full time - 37 Hours / 52.14 Weeks
Role to start in January 2027
Please note that all managers are required to participate in the Duty Manager rota. As part of this responsibility, there will be occasions where you are required to remain on site until 9:00pm. The rota is shared amongst all managers and operates throughout the academic year.
