East Sussex College Group in Hastings is recruiting for roles that support young people on their college journey. You will work in a classroom setting and during breaks, implement support plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote student progress and safety.
You’ll report outcomes at reviews to teachers and parents. The roles require collaboration, a holistic approach to developing communication and independence, and a commitment to safeguarding.
Annual Salary: Circa £24,900 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro rata based on the hours and weeks worked.
Example: If your start date is 1 September, your salary would be approximately £9,480 per annum.
Hours of Work: 17.5 hours per week, Term Time Only, working 36weeks per year.
