East Sussex College Group is recruiting for a front-line Reception role at the Eastbourne campus. You will deliver a professional enquiry service to adult learners and visitors, sharing information about courses and support services. Role requires handling in-person, email, and phone inquiries with a strong customer-service approach.
Hours are 9 per week across 38 weeks (term-time). Salary is £24,500 FTE, pro-rated for hours and weeks worked.
