Job summary

Abbey Grange CofE Academy is seeking an Exams and Data Officer to manage all internal and external examinations and provide accurate data and administrative support to pupils, parents and staff under SLT direction.

This role supports the academy’s Christian ethos within a Trust of eight academies in Leeds and Calderdale, offering a friendly environment, pension scheme and benefits.

Exams and Data Officer

Abbey Grange CofE Academy



  • Nature of Contract: Temporary (Maternity Cover), term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 20 days (42 weeks)

  • FTE Salary: SO2, scp 26 - 28, £38,510 to £40,444 per annum, pro rata

  • Actual Salary: £35,837 - £37,629, based on 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year

  • Working Hours: Full time, 37 per week


We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:


  • Be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all internal and external examinations within the academy.

  • Provide specific data and administrative functions to the academy, pupils and parents under direction of SLT.
