The Bishop Fraser Trust is seeking a Data & Exams Manager to maintain accurate pupil data, coordinate admissions, assessments and reporting, and oversee the examination process in line with JCQ rules. You will manage Arbor, SISRA and EduLink, supervise invigilators and ensure safeguarding and GDPR compliance.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, term-time plus two days, with a salary in the SCP ranges shown for GRADE F. Applications close shortly after opening date.

To be responsible for maintaining accurate and secure pupil data, coordinating admissions, assessment and reporting cycles and to provide detailed analysis to support school improvement. To oversee the full examination process in compliance with JCQ and awarding-body regulations, completes statutory returns, manages key systems including Arbor, SISRA and EduLink, supervise relevant staff including invigilators, and ensure all activity complies with safeguarding, confidentiality, GDPR and Trust Policies.
