Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking an Exams Arrangement Assessor to join the Foundation Learning and Additional Learning Support team across Shuttleworth College Old Warden and Central Bedfordshire College Dunstable Kingsway Campus. You will manage access arrangements for exams, conduct ALS interviews, and oversee a small caseload of High Needs students.

You will ensure JCQ compliance, maintain specialist resources, and support curriculum teams while keeping accurate student records for

Qualifications

• Postgraduate certificate in SpLD or CPT3A (or working towards).
• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
• Safeguarding training.
• Current experience in assessment and JCQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage access arrangements for exams and oversee ALS interviews.
• Implement JCQ requirements and maintain specialist resources.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to support achievement and retention.
