Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking an Exams Access Arrangements Co-Ordinator at Peterborough College. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering Exam Access Arrangements across the college to support learners with additional needs, ensuring JCQ compliance and maintaining detailed records.

The post involves liaising with curriculum and exams teams, building relationships with feeder schools and external agencies, and supporting learners with EHCPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Exam Access Arrangements for eligible learners.
• Liaise with curriculum, support and exams teams to ensure effective learner support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools and external agencies.
• Collect, monitor and maintain Form 8 documentation and supporting evidence.
• Ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations and exam access requirements.
• Maintain accurate learner records and evidence files for Exam Access Arrangements.
• Coordinate exam support for learners with EHCPs and additional needs.
• Audit and monitor records in line with ALS funding requirements.
• Attend and cascade JCQ updates, implementing process improvements where required.
• Work collaboratively with wellbeing services to support learners requiring exam adjustments.
