Job summary

Peterborough College is seeking an Exams Access Arrangements Co-Ordinator to coordinate and deliver Exam Access Arrangements across the College, ensuring learners with additional needs have suitable exam support.

You will maintain records, liaise with curriculum and external agencies, and ensure compliance with JCQ regulations while building partnerships with feeder schools and wellbeing services.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience supporting learners with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and build relationships with colleagues, schools and external partners.
• Knowledge of JCQ regulations and assistive technologies; commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Exam Access Arrangements for eligible learners.
• Liaise with curriculum, support and exams teams to ensure effective learner support.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools and external agencies.
• Collect, monitor and maintain Form 8 documentation and supporting evidence.
• Ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations and exam access requirements.
• Maintain accurate learner records and evidence files for Exam Access Arrangements.
• Coordinate exam support for learners with EHCPs and additional needs.
• Audit and monitor records in line with ALS funding requirements.
• Attend JCQ updates and implement process improvements where required.
• Work with wellbeing services to support learners needing exam adjustments.
