Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is recruiting exam invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations across our schools. The role is casual, on a 'as and when' basis, with sessions typically starting at 8.30am and may be half-day or full-day.

Salary is £12.85 per hour. Training will be provided; successful candidates will be reliable, punctual and able to maintain a calm atmosphere during exams while strictly following examination regulations.

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during examinations and ensure calm, orderly conduct.
• Prepare exam rooms and manage distribution/collection of papers.
• Comply with all examination regulations and safeguarding requirements.

We are seeking to recruit exam invigilators to help in the running of all examinations at the school.

Successful candidates should be reliable, punctual and flexible and have a genuine interest in helping our students to achieve their best by maintaining a calm atmosphere in examinations and at all times complying with regulations.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. Duties will include supervising students taking examinations, preparing exam rooms and distributing and collecting exam papers.

Invigilators work on a casual 'as and when' basis during exam periods. Sessions usually start at 8.30am and vary between half day & full day.
