Job summary

Kingston College is seeking a bank of variable hours Examination Invigilators to manage external examinations, particularly at key points in November, January and mid-May to end of June. You will ensure venues are arranged in accordance with awarding body regulations, collect exam materials punctually and monitor candidates to maintain order and integrity of the exam process.

Qualifications

• Experience in examination administration required.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to manage venues up to 400 candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage external examinations during key dates (November, January and mid-May to end of June).
• Ensure venues comply with regulations and exam materials are handled securely.
• Open and distribute question papers, collect attendance registers and verify candidate identities.
• Maintain vigilance throughout the examination and manage candidate entry and belongings.
