Job summary

South Thames College invites applications for a bank of variable hours Examination Invigilators to support our Wandsworth and Tooting campuses across key exam periods. You will ensure venues comply with awarding body regulations, collect materials, and supervise entry, while maintaining the attendance register and exam diary.

Successful candidates will have experience in exam administration, be reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in examination administration.
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain decorum.

Responsibilities

• Manage venues to comply with awarding body regulations.
• Collect exam materials from exams office before start.
• Enter candidates and monitor entry, store belongings securely.
• Open and distribute papers and maintain attendance records.
• Oversee a venue with up to 400 candidates and maintain vigilance.
