About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth and secure administration of exams, ensuring all students have a fair and consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up examination venues by laying out materials as per guidelines

Ensure the examination environment is compliant with regulations

Distribute and collect exam papers securely

Supervise candidates during exams to ensure compliance with rules

Report any incidents, breaches, or irregularities

Provide assistance to students where appropriate (e.g., directing them to their seats)

Ensure candidates do not engage in malpractice

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Punctual and reliable

Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines

Previous invigilation or education experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
