About The Role

We are currently seeking reliable, responsible, and detail-orientedExam Invigilators. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth and secure administration of exams, ensuring all students have a fair and consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up examination venues by laying out materials as per guidelines
• Ensure the examination environment is compliant with regulations
• Distribute and collect exam papers securely
• Supervise candidates during exams to ensure compliance with rules
• Report any incidents, breaches, or irregularities
• Provide assistance to students where appropriate (e.g., directing them to their seats)
• Ensure candidates do not engage in malpractice
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
• Previous invigilation or education experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
