Support student success in a vital role during the exam season.

We are seeking reliable, organised, and vigilant individuals to join a team of Exam Invigilators. You will play a key role in ensuring that examinations are conducted in line with JCQ regulations and that all candidates have an equal opportunity to succeed. Starting ASAP.

Duties as Exam Invigilator:

1. Prepare examination rooms, ensuring a calm and orderly environment.
2. Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
3. Supervise students during exams, ensuring compliance with exam conditions.
4. Respond to any queries or irregularities in accordance with exam protocols.
5. Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Exam Invigilator:

1. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain focused.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Punctuality and reliability.
4. Flexibility to work morning and/or afternoon sessions.
5. Previous experience as an invigilator is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
