Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Join us at Magisters as an Exam Invigilator to support the upcoming exam season at a secondary school in Sandwich, Kent CT13. We are seeking experienced invigilators for various dates in May and June, with morning and afternoon sessions available.

Position Details

• Location: Sandwich, Kent CT13
• Rate: £12-£13 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during exams to maintain a calm and orderly environment.
• Distribute and collect exam papers and materials in accordance with regulations.
• Provide clear instructions and address student queries professionally.
• Ensure exam conditions are met, including ID checks, time management, and malpractice prevention.
• Respond to disruptions or emergencies following school policies.
• Assist with exam room setup and preparation.
• Complete documentation such as attendance registers and incident reports.
• Support students with additional needs as per access arrangements.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth exam operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding and data protection policies.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the update service or equivalent overseas police clearances.
