About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support schools and colleges across Teesside during the upcoming exam periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work. As an Exam Invigilator, you'll ensure that exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with exam board regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor students during examinations, ensuring adherence to exam rules and regulations.
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and other materials.
  • Ensure a calm and quiet environment throughout the duration of the exam.
  • Identify and manage any issues or incidents following protocol.
  • Assist with setting up the exam room, ensuring seating arrangements and equipment are correct.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures accurately.
  • Must be available for various exam dates, including mornings and afternoons.
