Job summary

The Parker E-ACT Academy is seeking a reliable Exam Invigilator to join our team. You will invigilate examinations, uphold strict regulations, and ensure a secure and confidential environment for students.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and experience with young people. You will report breaches and assist with the safeguarding of exam integrity within a vibrant Daventry school community.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures consistently.
  • Experience of working with young people or within a school environment.
  • Ability to remain calm, alert and professional under pressure while maintaining a positive examination environment.

Responsibilities

  • Invigilate examinations following documented processes, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations are run in a secure, confidential and suitable environment.
  • Ensure both students and the Academy comply with regulations and provide a consistent examination experience.
  • Report all suspected/actual breaches of Regulations and Malpractice to the Line Manager.
  • Collect and check examination scripts and materials, ensuring all submitted scripts are accounted for.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable, conscientious and professional Exam Invigilator to join our team at The Parker and DSLV Academy. The successful candidate will invigilate examinations in accordance with documented processes, procedures and regulations, ensuring a secure, confidential and consistent experience for all students.,

  • To invigilate examinations following documented processes, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations are run in a secure, confidential and suitable environment.
  • To ensure both students and the Academy comply with regulations. To ensure all students have a consistent experience of examinations.
  • To report all suspected/actual breaches of Regulations and Malpractice to the Line Manager.
  • To undertake the collection and checking of examination scripts and materials,ensuring all submitted scripts are accounted for. Understanding of examination regulations, confidentiality requirements and the importance of maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures consistently.
