Job summary

Pearson is hiring a Test Centre Administrator in Mile End, UK. This part-time, permanent role involves evenings and two Saturdays per month, with a minimum of 9 hours per week. The hourly rate is £13.60, paid monthly, reflecting a busy test-centre environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/candidates.
• Ensure exam security procedures are followed and policies observed.
• Verify ID documents and explain exam rules to candidates.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with IT or other internal teams for technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as required.
