Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an EX Map Data & Product Operations Associate to own repeatable operational processes for the Employee Experience Map.

You will coordinate data sourcing, transformation, mapping, validation, testing, and release readiness, while building controls and documentation for scalable, data-driven decision making. Your work will enable better decisions, reduce friction across the firm, and anchor product choices in employee-experience data.

Qualifications

• Experience in data operations or product operations
• Ability to source, reconcile, transform, and validate data
• Advanced spreadsheet and data manipulation
• Experience with UAT and regression testing
• Translate product requirements into data requirements
• Strong documentation and control processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data sourcing with clear intake requirements for each source
• Maintain a source inventory and data dictionary
• Create monthly mapping files with auditable logs
• Partner with technology and data teams to automate data connections
• Define data quality checks for completeness, accuracy, timeliness
• Develop data-focused test cases for releases and refreshes
• Lead AI-related reviews and human-in-the-loop processes
• Own and improve the EX Map data operating model
• Maintain SOPs for data processes and updates
• Support launch readiness and post-launch stabilization
