Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an EX Map Data & Product Operations Associate to own repeatable operational processes for the Employee Experience Map. You will coordinate data sourcing, transformation, mapping, validation, testing, and release readiness, while building controls, documentation, and service-management practices to scale the product.

Your work will enable better decision-making, reduce employee friction, and anchor decisions in real employee experience data across teams and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in data operations, product operations, or similar data/product-focused roles.
• Ability to source, reconcile, transform, and validate data from multiple systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data manipulation with strong mapping logic and auditability.
• Experience creating and operating repeatable SOPs, controls, and QA processes.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, regression testing, test-case prep, and release readiness.
• Ability to translate product requirements into actionable data requirements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving for data quality issues across sources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing of tactical datasets with clear intake requirements and delivery status.
• Maintain a source inventory and data dictionary.
• Create and maintain monthly mapping files with auditable logs.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to evolve processes toward sustainable data connections.
• Define and execute data-quality checks for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and validity.
• Develop data-focused test cases for releases and monthly refreshes.
• Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort and lead QA for outputs.
• Own and improve the EX Map data operating model, calendars, checklists, and hand-offs.
• Maintain SOPs for data sourcing, transformation, mapping, testing, and release hand-off.
