Thomas Gray Ltd on behalf of a major recladding contractor seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead EWI cladding works in Norwich on a freelance 12-month contract. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance on a busy city-centre project.

The role requires proven EWI expertise, strong subcontractor management, and solid knowledge of health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing EWI cladding systems on major recladding/remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of EWI/external façade systems and quality requirements.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, plus First Aid certification.

Aufgaben

• Managing EWI cladding works from installation through to completion
• Coordinating specialist subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Monitoring programme and ensuring works remain on schedule
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Managing health & safety across the site
• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works meet specification
• Liaising with the project team, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Managing site logistics on a busy city-centre project
