Job summary

The National Lottery Community Fund is recruiting an Evidence Engagement Manager to join our Evidence Services: Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales Team as an embedded manager in Wales. The role focuses on ensuring evidence informs funding decisions and helps staff access self-service tools and guidance.

You will work across portfolio priorities and orchestrate product development from needs through to rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing projects across the evidence product lifecycle
• Ability to translate user needs into clear evidence requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of evidence synthesis, data analysis and monitoring
• Experience working with non-analysts to support informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of evidence products and track adoption
• Work with Wales Portfolio to align evidence with funding decisions
• Coordinate development through internal/external teams
• Support leadership and committee level decision-making
• Potential line management of an evidence engagement officer
