Job summary

The National Lottery Heritage Fund is recruiting for a Senior Engagement Manager on a permanent contract as a homeworker based in North Wales. You will lead on Welsh and English stakeholder engagement around our heritage initiatives, particularly places of worship and other strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading stakeholder engagement across bilingual contexts.
• Ability to interpret data to drive new applications and funding decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Welsh and English.
• Experience managing or coordinating grant funding or portfolio activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Welsh and English stakeholder engagement in North Wales.
• Oversee a grant investment portfolio and monitor funded projects.
• Provide pre-application advice, organise and attend events, and contribute to marketing and communications.
• Collaborate across teams to support investment strategies and external partnerships.
