Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator to promote and execute all Meetings & Events business across the hotel, including weddings, parties, wakes and conferences. You will be the ambassador for the hotel, advising guests on facilities to match their needs and handling enquiries efficiently.

You will collaborate with the hotel team to pursue leads and meet departmental and individual KPIs, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors and hotel staff.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and budgets.
• Outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of event planning including logistics, catering, A/V, and trends.

Responsabilités

• Promote and execute all Meetings & Events business within the hotel, including weddings, parties, wakes and conferences.
• Act as the hotel's ambassador and be expert on facilities to advise guests based on needs.
• Record and process enquiries via phone, email or in person to ensure timely handling.
• Collaborate with teammates and the wider hotel team to follow up leads and meet KPI targets.
