Job summary

Searcys at St Pancras Brasserie is seeking a Senior Waiter to lead the Waiting Team, run sections during service and assist with high-end events in the iconic station setting.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with food safety policies while contributing to the overall guest experience and standards across the restaurant and Champagne Bar.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guestrequests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Waiter to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time

Salary:£17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
