As an Events Team Leader for Searcys, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of events, supporting managers, and coordinating the team during events.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally designed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion, this venue features traditional meeting rooms and glamorous chandelier-filled ballrooms.

Job Description

The Event Team Leader will work as part of an exciting team to deliver food, beverage, and event operations across various event spaces.

Job Details

• Type: Full Time

• Salary: £14.15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure events are set up according to event sheets.
• Ensure events are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure success.
• Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profits.
• Lead the event team to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event management
• Understanding of event and meeting management processes from conception to completion
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
