De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham is seeking an Events Assistant to help set up and prepare event spaces for conferences, weddings, awards nights and special occasions. The role involves a hands‑on approach, moving tables, chairs and equipment, following room plans and ensuring spaces are ready on time.

You’ll work as part of the Events team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and take pride in creating memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail to ensure each event space is set up to a high standard.
• A practical, hands‑on role and comfortable moving tables, chairs and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with varying room setups.

Responsabilités

• Set up and clear down event spaces to plan specifications.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs and equipment safely.
• Support room changes and keep spaces and equipment clean and well presented.
