Yellow 42 Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of conferences, weddings, private dining and bespoke events at a prestigious luxury destination in Perthshire.

Based in Perthshire, you will oversee Conference & Banqueting, private dining, manage staffing, budgets and VIP guest experiences, and work closely with planning, culinary and operations teams to maintain exceptional standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on events professional to lead the operational delivery of a varied portfolio of conferences, weddings, private dining and bespoke events, ensuring exceptional standards from planning through to execution.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Conference & Banqueting and Private Dining.
• Deliver high-profile events to exceptional service and operational standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing events team.
• Work closely with Events Planning, Culinary and wider operational teams.
• Manage staffing, resources, budgets, payroll and departmental performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a senior point of contact for VIP guests and complex events.
• Drive continuous improvement, commercial performance and exceptional guest experiences.
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader who leads by example.

About You
