Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager for a Worcestershire-based hospitality business. The role blends event operations, client relations, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth planning and delivery of weddings, private events and corporate functions.

You will handle enquiries, conduct venue tours, coordinate suppliers and oversee event delivery, supporting staff during a seven-day rota with occasional late-night cover. Salary £28,000-£35,000 + bonus.

Aufgaben

• Manage wedding, event and catering enquiries from initial contact through to final planning stages.
• Conduct venue tours and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Liaise with suppliers including florists, DJs, entertainers and venue partners.
• Coordinate all event logistics and client requirements.
• Oversee event setup, including room layouts, décor and equipment.
• Support and manage operational staff during event delivery.
• Ensure high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
• Maintain accurate booking records and team diaries.
• Report operational updates to senior management.
• Support catering operations, including order processing and supplier coordination.
