Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island is seeking a friendly Meetings and Events Assistant / Porter to help create seamless events. You will be the face of the hotel, setting up rooms, assisting clients and ensuring guest needs are met.

Work as part of a dynamic M&E team, enjoy training and wellbeing benefits, and take advantage of staff rates across Leonardo properties. This flexible/variable-time role offers a hands-on, customer-focused environment in the heart of Hinckley.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh and clear events rooms to Leonardo standard.
• Greet organisers and ensure guests' needs are met.
• Collaborate with the M&E team to achieve KPIs.
