WE Talent in Chelmsford is recruiting a Sales Executive to drive revenue across conferences, awards, networking events, sponsorship packages, exhibition space and digital marketing solutions. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers and travel across the UK as needed to secure meetings and opportunities.

The role is office-based in Chelmsford with one travel day per week to meet clients and attend events, offering an uncapped commission structure on top of a £25,000 base salary.

Qualifikationen

• Confident meeting new people and building strong business relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by targets and earning commission.

Aufgaben

• Sell sponsorship, exhibition, delegate and media packages across the company's brands.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, business owners, marketing leaders and industry suppliers.
• Generate new business through proactive sales activity.
• Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing prospects to generate leads, develop opportunities and secure meetings.
• Attend networking, trade and industry events to generate leads and develop client relationships.
• Represent the business professionally at conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and business events.
• Identify potential speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to closing.
• Support the continued commercial growth of the company's events and media portfolio.
