Job summary

The Rembrandt in London is seeking an experienced Events Manager to drive our Meetings & Events business. You will manage the full booking process from enquiry to delivery, build strong client relationships and work with operations to deliver memorable events.

The successful candidate will be organized, commercially minded and passionate about service, with proven experience in a hotel or events environment and a track record of meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries and bookings from initial contact through to completion.
• Drive Meetings & Events sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct client meetings and show-rounds, presenting the hotel and its facilities.
• Ensure all bookings, amendments and client requirements are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage, Revenue, Front Office and other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings to review upcoming events and operational requirements.
